Awakening can look different for everyone. It can be gradual or rapid. It can be a feeling of connection to everything, experiencing synchronicities, questioning your beliefs, seeking deeper meaning, or feeling more compassion. Deepak Chopra said: “Awakening is not changing who you are, but discarding who you are not.” Eckhart Tolle said: “Spiritual awakening happens the moment you realize you are not your thoughts.” Join us for a Transformational Breathwork journey to upgrade the lens through which you look at the world. Prepare to discard your limiting beliefs, retrieve your True Self, and step into the most powerful version of yourself for the remainder of your life. All of this, simply by relaxing, breathing deeply, and letting go.
Expect a 1.5 hour commitment for the full experience. Bring your yoga mat, pillow, bolster, or anything to make you feel comfortable lying still on the floor for the 45 mins of breathing.

April 24 – Journey for Self-Love and Forgiveness
Why is self-love and forgiveness important? It’s been reported that 85% of the world’s population are affected by low self-esteem. One out of two people worldwide feel more self-doubt than self-love. Even for those amongst us who think we love ourselves - what’s our triggered response when we make a mistake? How do we live our lives when we struggle to love ourselves? When we struggle to forgive ourselves and others? Are we walking in our full power or are we limiting ourselves? This is why it is important - breathwork is the way to create rapid reconciliation in the mind and body. We get to carve out 90 minutes of our day to create a safe space where we can drop the need to “act properly.” We get to give ourselves permission to release the trauma, stress and strain we carry in our bodies so we can go deep into the psyche and receive clarity and insights which we’re usually too busy to access.
